What's included

An estate cleanout in Franklin means emptying every room, the garage, the attic and the yard so the family can sell, rent or hand over the keys. We sort as we go. Usable furniture, electronics, clothing and kitchenware go to local charities, and what can be recycled gets recycled. The rest goes on the truck. We load it all ourselves and sweep up, so nobody carries anything to the curb. Pricing is by volume, how much truck space your things take, with a clear quote up front and no hourly rates or hidden fees. Most projects are done within a week, and some are same-day or next-day depending on availability.

Do you do estate cleanouts in Franklin?

Yes. We clear whole houses, single rooms, garages, attics and basements for families in Franklin and across Williamson County. We work quickly and carefully, and we donate what is still usable instead of sending everything to the landfill. Call Matt, tell him about the property, and he will walk you through it.

What happens to usable items?

We sort as we load. Furniture, electronics, clothing and kitchenware that someone can still use go to local charities. Recyclables get recycled. The rest goes on the truck. You do not need to pre-sort anything or carry a thing to the curb, because we load it all ourselves and sweep up.

How is an estate cleanout priced?

By volume, meaning how much truck space your things take. You get a clear quote up front, with no hourly rates and no hidden fees. Estimates are free. Simple jobs can be quoted over the phone, and bigger properties get a visit first, so you know the number before we load.

Can you take yard sale leftovers in Brentwood?

Yes. Whether it is a few boxes or a driveway full of furniture, we haul it from Brentwood, Franklin and the towns around them. We load it, set aside anything worth donating, recycle what we can and sweep the driveway clean when we finish.

Will you take what the county won't pick up?

Yes. Williamson County does not collect appliances, large furniture or mattresses at the curb, and we take them. We can't take hazardous materials like chemicals, paint or propane tanks, and asbestos goes to a licensed specialist. Everything else, we haul.
